One appointment.
The whole picture.
Each test returns a precise, clinical-grade reading. Book one, or stack two or three into a single Dallas visit and watch how your body works as one system. Still weighing which to start with? Take the 60-second quiz.
DEXA Body Composition Scan
The gold standard for body composition. It maps fat, lean tissue, and bone density region by region at ±2% clinical accuracy, so you see what your body is built from instead of one blunt number on the bathroom scale.
VO₂ Max Test
The ceiling on what you can do and the most reliable single predictor of how long you live. Walk or run while we measure your aerobic capacity, then leave with heart-rate training zones built around your result and a plan to lift it.
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Test
Formula-based estimates can miss your real metabolism by 20 to 30%. Breathe into a mask for about 15 minutes and pin down the exact calories your body burns at rest, so your nutrition works with your biology rather than against a guess.
Multi-Test Packages
Tracking over time is where the picture sharpens. Mix and match DEXA, VO₂ Max, and RMR across a package, each one including a monthly 3D Body Scan: 4-pack $329, 8-pack $529, 12-pack $729.

Quick answers
Common questions.
The equipment is clinical-grade and the reporting is shaped by over a decade of real-world data gathered across 4 continents. Many places read you one figure and wave goodbye. In our North Dallas location you walk out with the reading, the reason behind it, what it means for your goals, and the one move to make next.
Yes. A DEXA scan uses a very low dose of X-ray energy, well under a standard chest X-ray and on par with the natural background radiation you absorb over a few ordinary hours. Research labs and hospitals have relied on the technology for decades, and it is regarded as safe for most healthy adults.
The DEXA scan itself runs about 8 minutes; with check-in and a walk-through of your results, plan on roughly 30 minutes. An RMR test also takes about 15 minutes to run, or about 30 minutes start to finish. A VO₂ Max test takes about 15 minutes of effort, and with check-in, a short warm-up, and your results review, set aside about 45 minutes. Stacking all three into one visit runs close to 90 minutes.
Begin with the DEXA scan. It shows whether the weight leaving your body is fat or muscle, a distinction your bathroom scale cannot make. Research indicates roughly 1 in 3 pounds lost on a GLP-1 can be lean mass, and a DEXA confirms whether that is happening to you. Add an RMR test and you round out the full metabolic picture.
Yes, and we recommend it. Your DexaFit report speaks the same clinical language your physician already works in. Clients regularly hand their numbers to a primary care doctor, endocrinologist, sports medicine physician, or dietitian, and the data slots straight into that conversation.
Most people return every 3 to 6 months to watch how their body answers changes in training, nutrition, or medication. Your first visit sets the baseline, and each return reading shows what is working, down to the tissue.
First-time clients can book any one test, whether DEXA, VO₂ Max, or RMR, for $99, and a complimentary 3D Body Scan or Red Light session comes with it. After that, single tests are $149 each. Multi-test packages are also available if you plan to track over time.
