DEXA Body Composition Scan
The gold standard for body composition. One open-air scan maps fat, lean tissue, and bone density region by region at ±2% clinical accuracy. You see what your body is made of, not a single figure on a bathroom scale.
VO₂ Max Test
VO₂ Max is the ceiling on what you can do and the most dependable single predictor of how long you live. Walk or run while we measure your aerobic engine directly, then leave with heart-rate zones built around your own numbers.
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Test
A calculator can miss your true metabolism by 20 to 30%, and that gap is where most nutrition plans quietly fail. Breathe into a mask for a few minutes and we pin down the exact calories your body burns at rest, so your plan fits your biology.
